We reached a milestone: we finally dropped the engine into place for a test fit and to assist with planning for the electrical and other components. It was a long wait, but it sure felt good to see how it’s all coming together. The Hellvedere II is officially here.
As with most any modern engine swap for a classic car, there’s going to be some modern technology that comes along with it. Fortunately, we weren’t left to searching the wrecking yards for a few of the parts, they were available directly from Mopar.
