We seem to keep taking hit after hit after hit with our classic cars here in California. Now the governor has signed into law the RTEP, which will require a more inferior tire to replace the tires we like, all in the name of efficiency. This might not play out well.
State Bill 1392, dubbed Leno’s Law, has moved further up the pike than any of the previous state bills aimed at rolling up the smog test exemption. It has passed the Assembly and Appropriations Committee, but still has to get a little further before it passes. Will it?
